The Penultimate Reference Amplifier

The diminutive and at the same time massive name of our majestic power amp reference MAX doesn’t just refer to the physical size of these gigantic monoblocks. But rather merrily evokes the ultimate high performance capabilities that nature, and our scientists – not necessaeily in that order – have endowed it with. The MAX always plays with a both fascinating and formidable ease, stunningly elemental, tonal accuracy and striking macro- and micro-dynamic precision. Imposing performance goes hand in hand with compelling authority, awesome musicality and technical specifications almost no-one on this planet gets close to. Our refined amplifier-technology results in a linearity and loudspeaker control not to be found in any other piece of equipment anywhere. Distortion is kept to such a low level that it’s almost undetectable even with the most sophisticated laboratory-equipment. In the new PAM G2, our audiophile scientists have implemented a groundbreaking circuit, function and operating concept that is unique in the world. An absolutely consistent high-performance system that sets new standards for true-to-nature record reproduction.

The PAM G2 is the first phono preamplifier ever to which two turntables or tonearms can be connected at the same time. The PAM G2 system includes an external precision power supply for a highly accurate and ultra-stable power supply as well as a controller that allows all functions to be operated remotely and all settings to be shown on a large display. This makes it possible for the first time to select the inputs by remote control and to determine the gain, input resistance and capacitance separately for each input and to change them during operation.
